Having lugged 5-gallon water bottles for many years, the ZeroWater system has been a Godsend. We use the larger ZeroWater 2-part container on top of the same watercooler that used the large 5-gallon bottles. That water tastes great and is crystal-clear. My only complaint is the cost of the filters. Brookstone sold the 4-pak for $29.99 last year, but it’s up to $52.99 now which is only a bit cheaper than Home Depot’s $60.00 price. If it weren’t for that high cost, I would have rated the water filtration system 5 stars.

ZeroWater tastes good for about two weeks. Then, it starts stinking and you have to change the filter already. Not worth the cost…way more expensive than just buying bottled water.

Amazon typically provides great service/products/prices, but with this order they blew it! I’ve used a Zero Water pitcher nonstop for the past year+, obtaining replacement filters locally. However, I decided to order a “Replacement Filter, 4 pk” from Amazon, to save myself some time/money. I immediately called Customer Service when the order arrrived yesterday – the ZeroWater box was not sealed, nor were the filters! Carylin was extremely helpful, and sent me a replacement order, which arrived this afternoon. The outer brown packing box was crumpled, but the product box was OK. However, it was not sealed, nor were the filters….and just like Pheebie pointed out, I found the 4 holes punched in the filter tops. Amazon sent me defective merchandise, and not just once… but TWICE!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! I have been using the ZeroWater filters and pitcher for about a year now and I am VERY pleased with the product! I have an incredibly sensitive stomach and can not drink most tap water, including the water where I live, I have previously tried all the other filter pitcher brands and still could not drink the water. I had resorted to buying bottled spring water and it had to be specific brands or I could not drink it either. Then I heard about the ZeroWater filtration system, what a blessing!!! Now I can drink tap water!!! Not only that, but when I travel I take it with me and have been able to drink water everywhere including places where I could not even drink a single SIP before! Yes, the filters are a bit expensive, but it sure beats the cost of bottled water and definitely beats not being able to drink tap water! For me I find I need to replace the filter once every 4 months, but it varies depending on the water you are filtering and how much you have to filter in a day. All in all it’s well worth the expense.

We have been using the ZeroWater system for quite awhile now. The water tastes great for a short time and then tastes terrible very fast. We have replaced the filters several times with no problems. We generally get the filters from Home Depot or directly from ZeroWater. We found these through Amazon for a few dollars cheaper with no shipping and decided to order them. I replaced my filters today and upon opening the new filters that were shipped to me I found that the styrofoam containers they come in were not sealed at all. When I took out the filters they did not have the plastic seal over the top that protects them from contamination. The filters did not look bad or have an odor to them but they definately did not look right. Very disappointed. Be careful when ordering anything.
